Initially, I will make a personal objective behind creating an employee union. In the first phase, I contact my entire colleague through sending formal mail by mentioning the subject line something like ‘Invitation for employee union'. I will wait for a few days to get responses from of all the emails I have sent. If I find some employees showing interest in my proposal by responding to my email, then I will directly call them to get there personal opinion on the proposal. After connecting will all interested executive employees of Burger King, I will book a plot or a hotel for a formal meeting. In that scenario, I will give a presentation to all interested members (Carpenter, Kanver & Timmons, 2017). I will present the primary motto behind this union along with that I will also represent key benefits that each member will get if they agree to be a part of the union. I will also highlight some issues that have been taken place earlier in burger king and has not helped employees even after resolution made my management team. Additional benefits for taking membership of the union will also be presented through my verbal presentation. Along will all positive aspects I will also disclose all the probable negative aspects through the presentation that each union member will face in the future.

Advantages that will be enjoyed by employees of Burger King is presented in the following section.
If I organize a union for my fellow members then it will help all team members to communicate with each other in a more flexible way. In other words, communication among employees will be improved to a certain extent.
