Sea View Development Corporation is the owner of a certain parcel of property that fronts or joins onto the right-of-way of U.S. Highway 98. The property is more particularly described as follows: “A portion of Tract 7, Chase Heights No. 3 as recorded on Plat Book 14, Page 32, current Public Records, Walton County, Florida.” Walton Construction Company owns a tract of land directly behind the property owned by Sea View Development Company. The property is described as follows: “Tract 6, Chase Heights No. 3 as recorded on Plat Book 14, Page 32, Public Records, Walton County, Florida.” It is important to the development of the Walton Construction Company property that it obtain an easement for access about twenty feet in width over and across the property owned by Sea View Development Corporation. The location of the easement will be drawn by a specific survey and can be described on an exhibit to the easement agreement. Walton Construction Company intends to pay Sea View Development Corporation $1,000 for the easement. The easement will be perpetual and for the purpose of pedestrian and vehicular access from Highway 98 to the property owned by Walton Construction Company. The easement will be nonexclusive in that owners and tenants of Tracts 6 and 7 may use the easement. Walton Construction Company intends to be fully responsible for the repair and maintenance of any road constructed on the easement area.
