Ans: Steak is a solid piece of meat and bacteria have not the ability to penetrate inside until
the meat is cut with a fork or a knife (Hayes and Forsythe, 2013). Generally, when sticks are
grilled, bacteria gets killed but in the case of hamburger, grounded meat are used which
makes it really easier to form bacterial colony and thus causing various food poisoning.
