As per this case study, it can be said that Accounting Incorporation is a consulting and
accounting organization that provide the consulting services to the accounting firms. In the first
step, the organization develops the core competencies for evaluation of the functions of the
employees. The evaluation of employees is done on the basis of job specific performance
dimensions, so the performance of the employees can be evaluated in a proper way. In this way,
the employees were contacted through the email to determine their core competencies for their
descriptions (Collier, 2015). These core competencies were analyzed to evaluate their role in
their position.
