1. Instructions to Bidders
This is the Response Package for the Request for Proposals (RFP) for environmental
impact of the medium sized cement project. It primarily consists of the instructions for the
preparation of the Technical Proposal as well as the Financial Proposal, which includes the
information Bidders that are required towards submitting as well as the organizational structure
and the contents of these submissions. Before developing their project proposals, all the Bidders
are requested towards carefully reading the instructions in this RFP guideline.
The proposals that would be submitted in response of this RFP needs to conform towards
the structure as well as the formats that are described in the below sections. The bidders are also
equired for using the Schedules, Forms, as well as the Sheets provided. All these have been
primarily designed towards facilitating the evaluation of these Proposals in a very expedient
manner. Wherever the information requested within these Schedules is not considered as
applicable to your Proposal, the Bidders also needs to indicate so. Failure towards using these
Schedules, Forms, as well as Sheets that are provided may turn as the grounds for
disqualification of proposals.
