Throughout the semester, we will be reading several articles, engaging in class discussion of cases and viewing videos all on topic management ethics and leadership. Each class will present provocations and related questions that will inform your reflection paper and case analysis. As we progress each week, questions will be provided for you to consider; thinking involves reflection and inquiry and integration is the result. Key: Both assignments require the application of course definitions, concepts and reading materials to support your claims (or thesis).

The fierce competition in the marketplace and increasing case of involvement in
unsolicited and inappropriate business expansion practices has evoked the urge of
adopting ethical and morality based business practices. Although in normal course of
action individuals and corporate avoid using unethical means but certain situational
obligations induce them to go further. There exist no clear distinction and standard
definition of the ethical and unethical practices however certain social and situation
aspects helps in guiding the appropriate way of performing some obligatory tasks. Such
social and situational framework based operational practices define the reliability extent

the ethical compliance of the business decision and helps in its comparative evaluation
