As per the Florida laws, the bailment will exist in the condition when there is delivery of the goods for the bailee and after delivery, it will be under possession and finally consideration and return back to the bailor. It is a sought of a contractual relationship.  It exists in the current case, the bailer the plaintiff of the Case. A&D International Inc has given the consignment for holding in Miami for the customs division. There exists the bailment between the two parties.
