While analyzing the article by Field (2013), it is found that celebrity Jessica Alba has started a business called ‘The Honest Company’ in 2011. The main intention of that company is to producing non-toxic affordable and eco-friendly baby products. As the company is highly focused on producing organic products and delivering it in an affordable price range, therefore, it is found that the main intention of the business is to offering social benefits over earning a profit. Traditional organizations are primarily focused on earning profit however, organizations come under 'three bottom line concept' do not show their concern on that generating profit (Scott, 2012).
