If the manager is not efficient, then there are fewer chances that their team members will be efficient. The traits of the manager are reflected in their personality.
The way the managers conducts their day-to-day work indicates a lot about their personality. Employees wish to rise above their cu
ent position. Therefore, the employees try to imitate the actions of their manager. As per the opinion of Ahmad et al. (2014), if the actions of the manager are not aligned to the organisational goals, then the action of the employee will also be the same. The personality of the manager directly influences the nature and actions of the employees. The manager may be strict or soft natured. If the employees at not motivated effectively by the manager, then the employees productivity will decrease significantly.
