It is said that water is life. Seventy percent of the human body is made up of water. Even more than Seventy percent of the earth is made up of water. Not only is water life, but water is also a great source of power. Hydro energy is created with the use of power. Water as a source of energy is used at many places. But water is a non renewal source of energy. It is also noteworthy that a major part of the industries pollute this natural source of energy, thus affecting not only the environment but also the very existence of human life. In light of this threat, countries around the world have made stringent norms for industries to follow in order to control the amount of pollution they create.
