It can be stated that productive failure is the concept in which mistakes tends to turn into the positive outcomes. Furthermore, in other words, people make mistakes but in the end they learns a lot and the consequences are also not as expected in such a manner that the outcome becomes a success. Throwing light on the above-mentioned discussion it can be said that productive failure also happens to be an instructional method where the learners work hard for generating solutions toward the issues before, in a proactive manner instead of doing it after, receiving a straight instruction on a detailed concept (Heath and Heath, 2008). 
There is a telecommunications company that I am familiar with have gone through a time when their change procedure failed entirely as changing the culture is not something that happens overnight. The culture of a company should always receive proper support and time for allowing the new behaviours in terms of becoming part of the dynamics of the group.
