Both the business and the employees value a strong code of ethics and policies. Worker behavior is ensured through adherence to the rules and policies that have been established. These rules and standards have an impact on the majority of organizations (Buksa, 2014).  In conclusion, a culture where misconduct is tolerated or, even worse, encouraged could lead to increased employee turnover, decreased productivity, and, ultimately, a diminished reputation and profitability (Meinert, 2014).
