As per the requirements mentioned, I will suggest Limited Liabilities Company to be suitable 
format for their business. This will serve their purpose of personal limited liabilities. And at the 
same time this will allow them to have as many partners in the business while providing them 
with shareholding in the business per the required terms suggested by the partners also. I suggest 
this format because this is the simplest form of business organization that can suit their needs of 
limited personal liabilities and flexibility of adding more partners specifying the terms of 
association. This is better than corporation and partnership as setting in a corporation and 
running business is quite lengthy while normal partnership increased the personal liabilities to 
huge extent. Also it is favourable for taxation purpose.

The mirror image rule is also referred as an unequivocal and absolute acceptance requirement. 
According to this requirement the offer offered by the offering party must be accepted exactly 
without any modifications or changes by the accepting party as required and regulating laws that 
regulate contracts. The offering party is the master of his own offer and any attempt to accept 
any modified or changed offer than the original offer creates a counter offer and this situation 
results into rejecting the original offer. In a case where a party is offering IT services contract for 
specified sum to other party. In this case the other party is required to accept the offer as 
mentioned in offer papers and any changes in terms of contract results into rejection into the 
original offer.

In this form of dispute resolution between two or more parties, a third party known as mediator 
assist the parties to arrive at and negotiate an acceptable settlement to all the parties.
