Executive Summary
Larson Property Management is a property management company which provides an a
ay of commercial management and development services. Over the past five years the company have experienced a significant expansion due to increase in the growth of retail buildings, commercial office and apartment complexes in the Southern California. In order to hire larger number of employees and manage the applicant databases the company depends on HRIS system. However the system has been running on a client server computer system which was implemented 10 years back. Lot of consequences are reported due to this outdated system and in order to meet with the actual needs of the company HRIS system will be reviewed
Organizational Plan and Analysis
The present research aims at reviewing the existing HRIS system of the Larson Property Management and replace it with a latest application module of the new HRIS system. The prime objectives are:
