an examination before the onset of an sports event. Basically, the athletes are examined in order 
to ensure their safety and fitness regarding the sports events so that their potential and excellence 
in performance can be maximized. The role of a Family nurse practitioner becomes sensitive and 
very significant in the process of careful examination because the FNP determines the strength 
and ability of any individual participating in the process of a particular event and failure of such 
examination, any gap in identifying the cardiovascular, musculoskeletal and genitourinary
