Leadership should be more Participative than Directive 
A Leadership style is the main point to be considered in deciding the level of performance of an 
employee in an organization. It can either prompt expanded or diminished representative 
performance. According to me, statement “Leadership should be more participative than 
directive” is true. Pioneers who utilize the participative style accomplish better staff performance 
than the individuals who don't. The participative pioneer conduct is viable for accomplishing 
high representative performance on the grounds that the pioneer mainly consults with 
subordinates in defining, clarifying as well as accomplishing objectives and also describes that 
there is some huge relationship between all the four path objective authority styles and
