Social control theory actually is concerned with the way, how the people will form framework for 
obeying the rules. External factors and the processes are key focus areas of the social control theory, 
they do explain how the deviance and crime nature do evolve in people. There are two major 
possibilities postulated by social control theory in making it understandable. The first is the about the 
absence of the close relationships with peers like in main stream citizens, will make the subject free of 
the obligations to follow the social rules and they will deviate from obeying the same. Secondly if there 
is any relations existing with the delinquent peers or negative relationships if existing, then they will be 
responsible for unique delinquent behavior in the peers. Social learning theory indicates that the people 
can learn new behaviors and traits, while observing others in the society.
