authorities are not giving importance to suggestions gives by the public. Planned change should 
be match with the interest of the people. According to the words of Nicholson-Crotty (2009) 
criminal justice policy has to develop by considering the opinion from the people. In order for 
introducing the planned change we the government and criminal justice group required the 
support of public. 
In order for making employees happy the correctional officers has to introduce strict policies and 
controlling measures. The correctional officers can also improve the relationship with the
