Introduction
China’s jump from poverty because of the amazingly successful market reforms
introduced in 1978 has concealed serious weaknesses in its economy especially in comparison to
American economy. These weaknesses have been disclosed by renewed Chinese State
intervention that started around 2003. Many analysts were convinced that China is almost at the
verge of surpassing the United States economically. But still there are few points on the basis of
which United States outshine China. It is important that United States shall remember its
strengths and recognize the weakness of China.
Advantages obtained by Chinese Company if they move to United States
The Chinese economy was about to take over the United States economy, but still
Americans shall not lose track of the large benefits offered by them in comparison to China in
terms of income, natural resources and in surprising areas like labor. There has been increasing
discussion about China surpassing America in raw economic size within the next decade or
adjusting purchasing power in this year. Some of these claims are out rightly inaccurate or
wrong, most of them are misleading and all re potentially harmful. The advantages obtained by
moving the production into United States can be summarized as follows:

ency of United States i.e. the dollar is accepted worldwide.
 The massive GDP i.e. the Gross Domestic Product i.e. total value of goods
and services produced in a country. United States accounts only for the 4 percent of total
world’s population whereas its Gross Domestic Product accounts for 26 percent of the
world’s total economic output.
