Introduction
The parable of Sadhu is a good example of how responsibility is essential in many areas of the society. This means that emphasis needs to be placed on both individual and group responsibility. This responsibility is realised in workplaces, homes, and when interacting with new people. The parable of Sadhu examines moral judgements in occasions where it seems incomprehensible. It is also important to understanding how to use this morality within corporate structures, and business organisations (Selvarajan, 2006, p. 86).
Compassion Value
One should have compassion for people who are in dare need of help in any situation. If I was hiking in Himalaya, I would have helped Sadhu by offering food and clothing to stabilize his body. Once he is well enough to walk, it would have been my duty to see that he reaches his destination safely. This means that one has to postpone his or her journey to help this man by ensuring that he has reached a secure location. Leaving an old man in the cold to look for his way home is not a good decision. If the man is not home safely, and one goes about his or her journey, it will bother once consciousness.
