The goal of this personal professional development plan is to highlight on my interest to participate and conduct more in the research activity. I am responsible for the electronic learning modules’ for nursing department and my plan is to implement more interactive teaching material to the staff nurses like video. Electronic learning is increasingly used in nursing education and practice development. The technology used in the learning modules within the nursing department can enhance learning for both the intern and qualified nurses at the institution. Notably, the center for nursing education is dedicated to enhancing the professional development of nurses by capturing needs of the current practices and accommodating future changes to enhance the provision of high-quality patient care. As such, this technology can be harnessed to maximize the learning opportunities for the nurses within the organization……………………..

Career Objectives
The overall objective of the personal professional development plan is to focus on building strong skills in research. Primarily my duties here comprise of developing content for the electronic learning modules like nursing department.
