In an effort to stop the plant's unionization, Plastico posts a notice on the lunch room bulletin board stating that anyone found to be sympathetic to unions will be terminated. They also give all eligible employees who could join a union a pay raise.

As per law it is illegal for employer to threaten to fire or actually fire, lay off, harass, transfer or
eassign any employee because they are supporting the union. Employer cannot legally favor any
employee who is not supporting union by giving him promotions, job assignments or any other
