SOLUTION: 
As per law it is illegal for employer to threaten to fire or actually fire, lay off, harass, transfer or 
reassign any employee because they are supporting the union. Employer cannot legally favor any 
employee who is not supporting union by giving him promotions, job assignments or any other 
benefit.
