Pastico Corporation hears through the "grapevine" that its employees are unhappy with the working conditions and wages being paid in the manufacturing plant are looking to bring in a union. In an effort to stop the plant's unionization, Plastico posts a notice on the lunch room bulletin board stating that anyone found to be sympathetic to unions will be terminated.
