'HR planning should be cyclical and ongoing, with the review providing feedback for subsequent forecasts.' Explain and Discuss.
Human resource planning is the ongoing phase of comprehensive planning and preparation in order to allow optimal utilisation of the most important asset and workers in an enterprise. The preparation of human resources creates the best alignment between workers and positions while preventing staff shortages or excesses. Human resource planning enables firms to think according to so that they can retain a stable availability of skilled workers. Therefore it is often pointed to as preparation of the workforce. The tool is also utilised to help businesses identify their desires and prepare for those requirements to be addressed in the future (Belcourt, and McBey, 2016).
Human resource planning requires to be flexible enough to address the demands of short - term employment while adjusting in the long run to changing market climate conditions. HRP begins by evaluating and monitoring cu

A human resource planning is thus a changing and flexible process as they mnagers need to make sure that both the needs of the employees as well as the business goals are fulfilled (Singh, 2018). An HR must decide all the activities keeping in mind the future uncertainties.
