International market analysis is much more difficult than domestic analysis because the former one has much more difficulty in diverse conditions of foreign markets and also unavailability of statistical data of the foreign markets which can be misleading and therefore can cause huge loss to the business. This essay focuses on a comparative study of different financial conditions of the two countries. which in this case United States of America and the other one is Malaysia. It describes different financial rates that are required to do business in these foreign markets, as well as human resources, ease of doing business are also focused in this essay.
