Emerging from South Korea in 1969, Samsung has grown rapidly to become one of the highest selling companies in electronics and technology sector. In the year 2019, it prevailed as the largest seller and leader in the Smartphone forum with a 21.8% of market share (Haizar, Kee, Chong & Chong, 2020). One of the major reasons for the continuously rising annual growth of the company is due to its affordable products within a range of possibilities inexpensive replacement options for the consumers.
Like any other company, Samsung also undergoes different strategic changes depending on the requirement of the company to shift the face of constantly transforming competitive circumstances in the market. Samsung is currently undergoing different strategic changes to achieve its “Vision 2020” aim. The strategic change is supposed to lead groundbreaking revelations in products, technology and its solutions to the user community.
