On March 15, Traditional Realty Company offered to sell a building to Jupiter Art Supply. The purchase price was $5,345,000. The offer was communicated by telegraph and stated that the offer would expire on April 15. Jupiter wanted the building and sent a letter of acceptance on April 10. The letter was lost by the post office and Traditional did not receive the acceptance until April 18. Is there a contract between Traditional Realty and Jupiter? Please explain.

On March 15, there was an offer by Traditional Realty Company to sell a building to Jupiter Art 
Supply. The offer was communicated by telegraph and stated that the offer would expire on 
April 15. Jupiter wanted the building and sent a letter of acceptance on April 10. The letter was 
lost by the post office and Traditional did not receive the acceptance until April 18. The court has 
to decide whether the acceptance was valid or not.
