In this essay we are going to discuss how big of an issue bullying is or if it even requires attention from the school. But first we need to understand what bullying is and how it effects the human mind, especially kids. We do see a lot of kids around who do not exactly look, feel or behave like the rest of the kids or their personality or behavior is not as mainstream as others. Those kids are teased, called names, excluded, cursed and sometimes even beaten by the rest. This is known as bullying. Bullying can take place in any age, form, region, religion, caste, creed or class. When a kid gets bullied it influences him negatively.
