Looking back at the discussion boards from the first 5 weeks of class I have been able to 
identify two of my biggest takeaways, viz. legal process and torts.

In the course of leading an organization I have just received notice that the organization is the 
named defendant in a lawsuit. In respect of the legal process I have the knowledge that my 
legal counsel is on contract and it costs me $1000 just to get them on the telephone. But my 
organization is presently faced with financial crises.
