Introduction
Ethics can be refe
ed as moral principles which impacts the people, their life and the decisions they make. People create their ethics inspired from philosophies, cultures or religion. They are always a source to spark debate on professional conduct or human rights. According to Hovland (2020) ethics is a way to answer the dilemmas emerging as a part of decision like how one live a good and satisfied life, while taking decisions how to decide what is good or what is bad, how to differentiate between right or wrong and as a human what is our rights and responsibilities. Ethics is also foundation of moral philosophy.
Societal cultures shape what we consider to be an ethical decision
Ethical decision at social setup is an organized reflection of issues, communities, structures and systems and their moral dimensions. According to Fathallah, Sidani and Khalil (2020) social problems affects the ethical decisions for instance human and animal rights, distribution of goods of basic necessities, abortion, euthanasia, racial discrimination, war and peace, crimes and punishment etc. Social culture is influenced by variety if tasks like: (i) prevailing social conditions: It becomes important to analyze them in the light of acceptable norms like what is right and what is wrong, (ii) exploring alternative course of actions which can be helpful in co
ecting those situations which created problems and distu

The subject of social morality has been considered in two ways. The first approach differentiates between ethical decisions that individuals must make and corporate decisions, and actions taken by collective organizations such as businesses and local governments and countries. As per Arato and Cohen (2018) the social ethics characterized in this way focus on the policies and practices that governs the social system. The second view of social ethics comes from the view that all morals are social in a significant sense because they are socially structured and embedded in the social matrix for instance festivals. This perspective focuses on how an individual's morals are formed by the social context, and how an individual's moral choices form the social context. This Social Ethics Overview describes these two approaches. The difference between the two approaches may not be apparent in the discussion of whether the responsible actor is a collective organization or an individual responsible for the organization's policies and actions. Hence, it can be sensed that societal culture plays a crucial role in defining the norms of ethics and ethical decisions.
