Successful accomplishments of the projects demand high level of coordination and cooperation among entities and individuals. This is so because projects entails wide amount of resources, time and efforts for attaining desired objectives and outcomes. Now-a-days business firms are facing difficulty in undertaking individual projects on account of heavy investments and time efforts. Due to this, phenomenon of joint projects, partnerships, strategic alliances, or any other contract forms arises significantly in order to facilitate business firms in accomplishing projects. Such kind of partnership and association give rise to various issues and challenges. Challenges for the management of projects in case of joint delivery
Joint projects are a recent development whereby project is undertaken and delivered with mutual efforts. This phenomenon has gained considerable popularity in recent years. In an ideal joint project, both the entities strive towards delivering positive results and attaining desirable outcomes.
However, the challenges faced by business organisations in joint projects have increased significantly over the last five to ten years.
