I have been studying business communication since this whole trimester and I have learnt a lot from this whole session. I have joined in the courses of business communication to improve my skills in various forms. I have learnt a lot of new things that can help improve my skills. Those are:
· I have learnt to speak in an effective manner and also have learnt to accomplish more tasks in less time. I have learnt about proper utilisation of time.
· I have also learnt to improve my writing skills very much that has helped me to give a boost to my opportunities. I have developed a good skill in writing that has earned me a huge number of opportunities and also, I earned a very good command over grammar and basic language skills.
· I have also developed a good interpersonal skill that has made me more fearless in dealing with business clients.
