I have diverse experience in academia as well as in the industry. Prior to joining the
Univ name I was working with company name for around 18 years. I have a post-
doctoral degree from Wharton School of Business.
2. How would you define leadership?
Simply put I would define leadership as a skill and ability which
ings out the best in

Some of the qualities of the leader like patience and perseverance were inculcated in
my by parents and school teachers. Some I learnt it the hard way, by doing and making
mistakes. The important point is the eagerness to learn from your mistakes.
