 First I would ask for a meeting to be called. Then, I would be honest and upfront with the 
CEO’S, managers, and etc. Also, I will put together a presentation of the defective product and 
include if any defects have happened to our customers. I will remind the company the customers 
are our first priority (if that’s the case). Also, I will remind them the cost to pay if a lawsuit 
might come about. If a company acts fast enough to solve the problem and apologize, consumers 
will be quick to forgive once (Singer, 2011).
