prison’s subculture “once corrupt always corrupt” should be washed away from the very minds 
of the employees. If an agency is not capable of managing this thing, it can bring bad publicity in 
the minds of public. While hiring employees, it should be taken care of that the standards are 
quite competitive to pull qualified and talented applicants. Additionally, the psychological 
testing should be the part of the entire selection process to judge the person. Once the employees 
are selected, a mandatory interview should be given by hiring board prior to appointment.
