Virtue and ethical behavior are prone to changes in any organizational setting. In fact, at
times, circumstances and special conditions determine what kind of behavioral outcome will
appear from professional‟s behalf. In the context of analyzing the ethical behavior and
implementation of common core values of ethics, Aristotle and Josephson stand on the same
ground by calling virtue as a source of happiness and ultimate satisfaction to human beings.
Additionally, they agree on the points that virtuous behavior is the inherent action of
individuals, however, both the philosophers differ on the point that good and bad habits—if
applied in the modern context of professional behavior—affect the decision making power of
individuals; while Aristotle does not believe in sourcing the origin of virtuousness or perfect
ethical behavior, Josephson categorizes five basic things which dominate the perfect
organizational behavior especially in the context of perfect leadership.
At first, both the scholars believe that a virtuous life and perfect behavioral approach in
