Given:
(a) The PME enzyme activity for wild and transgenic tomatoes for IMG, MG, Br, Tu and RR 
tomatoes is given as a graph
The graph shows mainly that
 Transgenic tomatoes of all varieties [IMG, MG, Br, Tu and RR ] showed very low PME 
enzyme activity, while wild tomatoes have shown remarkably higher PME enzyme 
activity. 
 Within the varieties of Transgenic tomatoes, PME enzyme activity decreased down as we 
move from IMG, MG, Br, Tu and RR varieties.
 Within wild varieties, PME enzyme activity increased as we move from IMG to MG to 
Br to Tu but dropped at  RR variety.
Conclusion: Transgenic tomatoes of all varieties [IMG, MG, Br, Tu and RR ] showed 
remarkably lower PME enzyme activity than wild tomato varieties. And RR variety of wild 
tomatoes, which is fully ripen stage of development showed lowest PME enzyme activity 
compared to the rest of the varieties.
