At the time of visiting court, I observed that the notice board contains some information
elated to the case in the written format. This information includes name of the case, all the
associated parties and the names of representatives. In addition, this information was not
sufficient for me to understand this case in the proper way, so I communicated to the court
officer. The court officer was a good person that helped me to provide some information related
to this case (Kirst-Ashman, Hull & Cole, 2010). This information helped me to identify the
viewpoints of all the parties associated with this case.

At the same time, the judge controls over the court system and give full option to all the
parties justify their views and evidences. After hearing of all the views, evidences and witnesses
of all the parties, the judge gives a judgment as per the rules, regulations and laws related to the
case. The role of lawyers is also important during the court proceeding, because they make all
the attempts in favor of his party. These attempts require protecting his/her client by presenting
all the witnesses and evidences in the presence of the court. The lawyers also follow all the legal
ules and procedures to present the evidences and also grant the permission of the judge to
present in the court. It is very essential for the lawyers that they should permit from the court to
