You are required to locate examples of risk assessment and hazard identification templates and create your own. You will audit the templates you locate and discuss the most useful sections and sections that you would improve or remove from the documentation you have located.
You will complete a final portfolio document of templates that can be used in a personal services business to assess risk and identify hazards.
Your portfolio submission must contain 2 x examples – annotated, changes marked up and discussed and 1 final document that you have created for each of the following:
· WHS staff training plans
· hazard identification and reporting tools
· risk assessment and control tools based on the hierarchy of control method
· emergency evacuation plans
· dangerous incident reports
· accident and injury reports
· work health and safety record keeping systems

WHS plan mainly helps an organization to maintain health and safety of existing employees in each of the aspects of and organization. Training plan consists of different steps and methods by acknowledging them, organizations conduct a training plan that is solely influenced by work health and safety act, 2011. In order to complete the assignment a simulated business called healthcare services has been chosen. The given protocol has asked to construct a modified template that can be effective in these contemporary times. As per WHS training plan, an organization needs to inspect the workplace safety first in order to proceed onto the next step (Jenrivo et al. 2020). In this context, this particular healthcare service business sector can first identify whether the organization has any safety act that can be effective for the organization to conduct the entire training. In this pandemic situation, identification of safety aspect needs to be stronger that can make the plan more structured in this situation. Existing template related to identification of workplace hazard has revealed that this particular template is found to be lacking in eliminating hazards by implementing effective policies within the stated organization, here, in this context the health sector will develop an effective organizational policy that can be effective in the context of mitigating hazards in any healthcare sectors within this pandemic situation (Adler-Milstein and Jha, 2017). Along with that, it can also be stated that an effective modification in application of safeguard is also required that will be beneficial for healthcare sectors in the context of dealing effectively with the pandemic situation.
Illness detector technologies will be implemented for healthcare sectors because healthcare sectors are found to be more vulnerable in spreading diseases that also affect existing employees in present times. There are a number of the tools which can be used as the example of the tool of the hazard identification for the organization WHS are – First identifying the hazard like measuring every thing that can cause harm.  Second tool is the accessing the risk and, in this part, it has to maintain the proper access of the risk by observing the previse risks the company has faced.
