Problem Statement: In a cogent few paragraphs, identify a general problem in the discipline that supports the need to conduct the proposed research and describe a specific research problem that the research will address. Describe what is problematic, how, and for whom, supported by recent literature. Briefly explain how the results of the study could be used to address the specific research problem. (target: 2 to 3 paragraphs)
Purpose Statement: Provide a specific and accurate synopsis of the overall purpose of the study. Align the Purpose Statement to address the specific research problem. In one concise paragraph, succinctly describe the focus, methodology, population, and geographical location of the study. (target: 1 paragraph)
Importance of the Study: Briefly describe the importance of the proposed research, including how the study represents a unique approach to the problem, how the results may contribute to theory and /or practice in the field, and the potential implications of the research. Identify any knowledge gaps to be addressed by the proposed research. (target: 2 to 3 paragraphs)
Proposed Research Methodology: Briefly describe the research methodology for the proposed study, including the research method and research design, population and sample, instrumentation, and data collection and analysis approaches. (target: 2 to 3 paragraphs)
Research Questions (and Hypotheses-if quantitative): Present specific research questions to be addressed, consistent with the proposed research method and design. If hypotheses will be tested, include them as well.

A multi-project organization's employees' commitment to the organization will be examined in this dissertation's investigation of the cumulative influence of numerous leadership traits on employee commitment. In addition, the expanded dimensions of leadership skills contribute to a healthy working environment, which encourages and promotes job satisfaction, and ultimately increases employee engagement.
Reason For Choosing the Topic
The phenomena of MLQ are seen differently throughout the world. MLQ has been interpreted in a variety of ways and continues to do so today; it guides the leader's responsibility. Another reason I picked this topic was that I could illuminate acts and information that came to light throughout the years and are still important today. Its features can be represented by the 4Is: Idealized Influence, Intellectual Stimulation, Inspirational Motivation, and Individual Consideration (Researchgate, XXXXXXXXXXIt is true that several leadership characteristics encourage employees and staff members to achieve remarkable objectives and resolves in a highly competitive environment. By conducting this study, the authors want to determine the impact of different leadership traits on the job performance and commitment of workers, in addition to its impact on companies.
Importance
When employees are dissatisfied with their jobs, they may leave the company, which has a devastating effect on the company. A leader's style may directly impact staff satisfaction, which leads to a higher level of loyalty to the company. To inspire their subordinates, leaders appreciate the job they've done for them. Relationships like this create a pleasant and secure working atmosphere. In order to understand the link between leadership styles and employee work dedication, a positive relationship between a leader and employee must be present. Studies on the relationship between leadership style and employee work commitment are essential, as they will help leaders in government and non-government companies understand the impact of leadership styles, such as MLQ, on employee job commitment (Waris et al., 2018).
Implications
Researchers found that employee work commitment and MLQ were positively co
elated in distinct program-based organizations. Employees want to work in an ideal atmosphere where they feel valued. MLQ's relevance is enhanced by effective leadership elements such as helping employees outside of their self-interest and providing motivation. As a consequence of this study, MLQ and job dedication are linked, and MLQ and management abilities should be combined for the best leadership in the many sectors of the program. Several other leadership styles have also been found to be favorably connected to job dedication (Zhu, Shek & Chan, XXXXXXXXXXTo achieve a high degree of work satisfaction, leaders must develop the proper resource methods, which will result in a sky-high level of organizational commitment.
To summarize, it is recommended that MLQ will allow subordinates to develop their inspiring motivation, individual consideration, intellectual stimulation, and charismatic qualities. This is based on the findings obtained. These organizations are of particular interest to MLQ. When measuring MLQ, it is advised that the employee's level of job dedication be taken into account. There are several elements that can affect the conclusions, which will help us understand the relationship in a different way (Researchgate, XXXXXXXXXXAs an alternative to cross-sectional studies, longitudinal studies should be utilized for the examination of these sorts of relationships.
