Executive Summary
Redline Security Service is located in Juffair- Manama in the kingdom of Bahrain offering the contract base security services with the help of well experienced, trained and qualified manpower. It is classified among the best security agencies that provide secure and reliable services by maintaining the company's standard quality, competence and professionalism. This report consists of my internship experience in the HR department of the company. I got to participate in many tasks and activities of the department like training and development, employee records, attendance system, leave management system, salary and compensation management, recreational activities etc. The internship has helped me in the undertaking of responsibilities and how projects and tasks can be accomplished systematically in an organization. This internship has helped me in realizing my competence and learn many important skills in the field of human resources management to tackle the challenges of the contemporary world.

1. The introduction of the Report
This report helps in delivering the overall analysis of the implementation of Human resources in Redline Security Services. In this report, the company's introduction, business strategy, internship agenda and how it has helped me in the understanding of various concepts practically. It has covered how the internal system of redline security services management and administration work, overall analysis is done regarding the practices of HR and endorsed required pace which can be taken to overcome the problems. The internship is considered as an intrinsic manifesto or platform which helps in gaining practical experience by using theoretical knowledge in the real workplace. It has helped me in the lot of different ways such as developing of behaviour and attitude which will help in trafficking with various kinds of situation, environment and people. The internship has also helped me in identifications of my strengths and weaknesses. The life at the workplace is demanding, and various challenges are faced as prominent commitment, abilities and efforts are different things which I should be trained and prepared as well. Being a part of the business world, strong communication skills are required, as meetings are conducted with various types of people around the workplace. The internship has helped me in the undertaking of responsibilities and how projects and tasks can be accomplished systematically in an organization. To show my knowledge and intelligence skills, I had to put immense efforts into my work. During my internship, my confidence was built up, and it helped me in knowing how the relationship with the employer should be maintained and how the work performance can be improved.

The main office and training centres are situated in a renowned location and also planning is done to expand their network around various countries in Gulf Cooperation Council. They provide different types of services such as on-site safeguarding and protecting, security and safety solutions and security workforce or personnel services. They understand the security requirements and provide the optimum security specific related to business and customize according to your requirements.
Being my Specialization in Human Resource, I was blessed or can say lucky to get an opportunity to work with such a renowned security company with a well-qualified workforce. The Department of HR has been predominantly differentiated into three types of functions and training phases for the personnel of the company.
-They provide various external training programs to all the personnel by sending them to the guard training school with obligatory of four weeks of training.
- The company renders immense training with well-planned classroom training programs to all the work force in various security and safety field.
- It also helps in providing on-site training to the manpower of the company to fulfil the particular requirements of the clients.

The most challenging and predominant part of any company is the evaluation of business strategy to achieve the targets and objectives. The process might be rigorous which might require the knowledge of experts in both internal as well as external. They believe in providing the services which are cost effective and which offer restfulness and commitment to business while providing security services. They also understand the importance of customer gratification and provide the required support to them as and when required during the security services offered by them. They believe in providing the best possible service after understanding the requirements and mould it according to the need of the customer. They also offer onsite training for one day to their staff and employees which help in understanding the nature of customer's business and needs. Redline security services want to remain as one of the leading security service providers by implementing various new and ingenious proposal and plans by surpassing the requirements of clients and the demand of the market. They have set a benchmark in the field of security services which is managed by the skilled officers in the security field.
