Introduction
Outsourcing is the process of transfe
ing a set of business procedures to a third-party service provider. It also refers to the outsourcing to another private firm of both local and international business operations that an organization may have previously conducted in-house. The loss of jobs at Sofia's company has been blamed on outsourcing; however, there are two sides to this tale.

Under the US Foreign Co
upt Practices Act, companies that make payments to secure business that they would not otherwise receive are committing unlawful acts, as noted by Higareda (2021). By making such payments, organization is fostering a local co
uption system through unethical behavior. If she discovers that huge quantities are necessary to do business in a country on a regular basis, she may want to reconsider her choice to enter that market.
It is ethical to apply identical standards in new areas if her organization has the skills and knowledge to operate within US environmental legislation. A corporation that operates ethically guarantees that its activities have no negative consequences for the community z. Furthermore, the country into which...
