The Agreement of “Leave & License” made at Charlottesville this day of 22nd of 
January, 2013 between Mr. Jeremy Hoover residing at XYZ Street, ABC Colony, 
Charlottesville (hereafter called the „Licensor‟ which expression shall, unless exclude 
by or repugnant to the context include his heirs, successors, executors, administrators,
