Similarities and Dissimilarities between ERG theory and Maslow’s Hierarchy and use in daily life 
The main similarity between these theories is that they were mainly formulated for explaining the human motivation in an influential manner. 
The next similarity is that both the theories contain some needs that are arranged in a form of hierarchy in which higher needs are kept at the top level and the lower needs are kept at the base (Ball, 2012).
