For example, some employers discriminate between potential employees based upon personal characteristics such as weight or attractiveness. Should employers be permitted to discriminate based upon attractiveness?     The uses of law at workplaces are meant for the safety, equality, and ethical-abidance and morale refinement of human resources in the context of the treatment employers give employees. As supported by Marshall (2019), the use of law is necessary for internal regulation of organizations as legal bindings discourage malpractices, actively. It is seen that although aspects such as discriminations based on the attractiveness of the employees are not encompassed by business laws, an employer should not be allowed by law to indulge in such unethical practices, as they are not in alignment of the need of talent promotion, retention and encouragement in business.
    Attractiveness of an employee at perceived by the employers is not a positive contributor in the refinement of business. As opined by Wu, So, Xiong and King (2019), attractiveness is a not a part of an employee’s skill, which can be transformed into commercial productivity and hence must be de-motivated through business laws. It is found that at workplaces, employers give more importance to the employees who are skilled, presentable and the discrimination is not adverse to the human psyche, while being a beneficial for business, therefore, such discriminations are not restricted by law....
