Introduction
This paper would discuss about the performance of Apple Inc. at different levels along
with its cu
ent status. This paper would also discuss the plans and possibilities for Apple Inc. In
the upcoming future along with the possible changes to improve its functioning at global level
for improving the operational status of the company.
Past Performance of Apple Inc
Apple Inc.’s significantly has done its global operations, and integration of information at
different level such as national and regional level. Apple used skimming pricing policy and
premium pricing strategy in different market such as local and international market (Apple Inc,
2012). It introduced its different products at high cost for covering the market in Asian countries,
EU and China. The organization covered its local market by reduction in products’ prices.
Initially, the computing market in global level was based on oligopolistic due to the
presence of the few distributors of products. Hence, Apple faced the changes by making changes
in offering prices on the basis of consumers buying behavior (Apple Inc., 2012). So far this,
Apple has established more than 200 stores in the world market such as US, UK, Italy and
Canada etc. For managing its business in the world market, an organization formed its own
transportation channels along with the distribution of its products.
Apple Inc. developed its distribution system for making the availability of its products at
ight place. The stores of Apple provided 24 hour services in seven days in a week that helped
the organization to improve its

problems of customers related to the technology of products, Apple provided the on-site supports

organization resolved the problems of its global customers through online and sometimes with

international market into four groups such as Africa, Japan, America, and Europe that helped the

consumers.
For making significant communication with customers, Apple took the help of emerging
marketing options such as advertisement, public relations, and promotional activities related to
sales and online selling. Apple also used the approach such as Integrated Marketing
Communications (IMC) the promotional activities (Apple Inc., 2012). Hence, Apple Inc.
Integrated into its corporate objectives, communication and marketing activities that helped the
management to perform the entire department and functions of the organization cooperatively.
Apple Inc. also provided the one year wa
anty on the purchase of its entire products that also
improves its market shares. It also tied-up with different institutes and universities to provide the
online education to their students in off time that attracted the youth and teens towards its
products. So, this type of strategies helped the organization to improve its operations and
