Variable cost is the fuel cost per mile = 4/27 = $ 0.148 
Fixed cost of Prius = $ 23,000 
Variable cost is the fuel cost per mile = 4/50 = $ 0.08 
TCCAMRY(Q) = 19600 + 0.148Q 
TCPRIUS(Q) = 23000 + 0.08Q 
For the cars to have same cost, 
19600 + 0.148Q = 23000 + 0.08Q 
Solving the above Q = 50,
