The Research Prospects
My research prospects focus on the relevant aspects of Leadership and the influence of Leadership on the performance of Human resources in the organization. This accounts for an in-depth study of the various organizational development programs that impact the performance and effectiveness of the employees in the executive function.
EDU 8240 Theories & Models of Instructional Systems Design
XXXXXXXXXXThis particular competency will give an in-depth understanding of the knowledge and theories relevant to understanding the organizational functions and grow perspectives about the relevant aspects of organizational performance. In addition, this competency will effectively provide theoretical and conceptual knowledge about the different executive functions that will increase the potential to research the various domains of Leadership and management in the organization.
ORG 8512 Leadership & Organizational Cultures
This particular cultural competency provides practical knowledge about Leadership and how the issues of Leadership have an impact on the organization's culture. This also effectively studies the influence of leadership issues and how leadership aspects shape the culture in an organization. The course will also give an inherent idea about the practical working environment depending upon the leadership prospects in a particular organization. This also gives the accountability of the leadership issues in terms of the success of the organization. This competency also provides an adequate consideration regarding strategic Leadership and influences the organization's function.
ORG 8532 Advanced Seminar: The Leader as Coach
This competency provides an inherent model and relevant aspects of the leader's actions. This prospect is also compelling regarding the resources needed for executing the business strategy and its appropriate measures for developing the leaders. It also includes the relevant aspects required for the submission planning and addresses the leadership development models. In models and other models are adequate to gain knowledge about the pertinent issues that the leader must focus on and how the organization corporate in the critical situation.
ORG 8534 Advanced Seminar: Human Resources Business Strategy
This cultural competition focuses on the relevant aspects of human resources and how human resources influence the effectiveness and function of the organization. This also includes the success of planning and the leadership development models relevant to understanding the organization's process and working. This also addresses the pertinent issues necessary for discussing the business strategy relating to human resources in the organization (Paais et al., 2020).

This competency has focused on the advanced suspects of Leadership and the relevant co
elation between Leadership and the development of the organization. This also addresses the relevant aspects and methodology required to strategize an organization's plans. It provides vivid accountability of the leadership issues in the organization and the relevant aspects that should be kept in mind to make an inherent understanding regarding the organization's performance under the leaders' influence.

Reflection
