Situational leadership is that context of the leadership aspects which changes according to the circumstances of the organization. Situational leadership is one of the basic prospects of the organization that is based on directives and approaches that are absolutely flexible. It is based on the leader’s directness on the way readiness and the ability of the leaders and the leadership aspects of the team members. Further, the situation of leadership collaboration among the team members can act in various ways in the different situations of the organization which is extremely effective in terms of assessing the opportunities and the prospects that are relevant for the organization.
