Hi Marcus,
Thanks for your discussion. I noticed brief mentions of ethics at the beginning of your discussion but I was surprised to discover that in the remainder of the discussion, there was little that was recognizably focused upon anything ethical. For example, under the heading, "Things to Expect from the Organization," you speak about how "laborers" – do you mean employees? – "must be behaving within the workplace." That certainly seems like it might be talking about ethical practices, but nothing is said that distinguishes how employees must behave ethically, such as by practicing honesty, fairness, supporting worthy causes, etc., from rules about relatively trivial matters such as when to show up at the office or appropriate dress. Similar things can be said about your heading, "Things Not to Expect from the Organization."
Can you be more specific about how organizational culture specifically affects the presence or absence of ethical practices and the influence of moral values?
