You seem to have some particular case in mind. You referred to “this particular case study,” something that "made this corporation ruin its name,” and “the corporation mentioned in the case study.” However, as far as I can tell, you've not identified the corporation or told us anything specific about the case involved. That makes it much harder to follow your discussion. I would like to see specifics. What corporation, what scandal, and how did the events of this particular scandal help to illustrate or support claims about the Anglo-American model of corporate governance?Would you try that?Rob

The Anglo American model of corporate governance is a body or a corporation that has only one board in which all directors participate in a single board that comprises both non executive and executive directors. Most of the companies that are American origin follow this particular approach of governance that tends to be shareholder oriented.
